Elixir Organisational Coaching

Elixir Coaches are certified practitioners and members of COMENSA, the Coaching and Mentoring association of South Africa. The body regulates and promotes the ethics of the coaching industry in South Africa. Elixir coaches have experience in and can service a wide variety of organisational requirements including:

  • Executive Coaching
  • Leadership development
  • Organisational development
  • Personality assessments
  • Strategy planning and scenario development

How Coaching Works?

When seeking to achieve organisational objectives, the personal contribution of each employee will determine the degree of innovation, leadership and engagement felt within the company. Each employee’s personal contribution is a sum-total of the individual behaviours demonstrated, such as the level collaboration, decision making and productivity. Our behaviour is determined by our values, beliefs and the emotions that we experience through our work. The only way to align the behaviour of each employee, with the behaviour required is to achieve organisational objectives, is to coach people into:

Raising their awareness of how their behaviour, beliefs and values support organisational objectives. 

Creating  ‘line of sight’ (as demonstrated in diagram below) which engages them in how organisational objectives support their personal  vision, mission and strategic objectives.

Developing the skills, systems and attitudes that support their role.
