These behaviours are driven by the choices of key role players who create and implement an organisational strategy. Greater levels of awareness result in more effective choices and coaching is seen as a highly valuable intervention in developing this capacity. I need to send my staff on a team building

One of the key elements supporting organisational development is a strong organisational culture that embraces collaboration, innovation and personal growth. Team building is seen as key vehicle in raising awareness around organisational values and fostering alignment between the various team members. Our research has indicated that many team buildings meet the need to bring participants together to have fun and socialise, yet there is often a gap in developing an awareness of how these experiences relate to their individual development and the strategy of the organisation. As a result, Elixir has developed various Team Building experience that not only provides a sociable interaction but a valuable development tool.

I want to develop the Innovation potential of staff

Developing a culture of Innovation is critical to remaining compeititive in the past paced global economy. Often being described as the development of new products and processes, Innovation really represents the collective attitude of a company committed to learning how to meet the needs of all its stakeholders in more effective ways. It is no surprise then, that the world’s top companies have come back to basics and committed themselves fully to developing the capability responsible for our success as a species-Learning! This intervention is based around developing awareness around Innovation and the skills,systems and attitudes that support it's integration as a value.

I need to raise awareness around work-life balance

Work life balance has become a key focus area in organisations because managers are waking up to the tangible benefits that come from a more productive, less stressed and collaborative work force. The challenge however, is to find an awareness intervention that not only engages people in the factors surrounding work life balance, but an experience that fundamentally shifts their attitude towards finding more fulfilment in all areas of their life! To meet this need, Elixir has designed an experience that uses the powerful vehicle of nature to reconnect people to what it means to be fulfilled, holistic and sustainable in their approach to all areas of their life.

I want to develop or compliment our leadership development program

Developing leadership is a critical function within any organisation. If management is about ensuring what needs to be done gets done, then leadership is about knowing what is the right thing to do! This requires a whole new set of skills that must be built on a good foundation of management experience. As always, a leadership attitude is the critical starting point and as such Elixir develops the sense of vocation that leaders feel through developing an organisation while ensuring that they have the relevant skills to be able to lead and influence change!
