Elixir Incubator for Gap Year Students

The Elixir Incubator is a linear vocation and entrepreneurship development program that is focused primarily around developing purpose driven individuals. The process is facilitated by a qualified vocation and entrepreneurship coach while working in conjunction with various stakeholders such as employers and mentors. The program is offered on an individual basis to students who are looking to make their gap year a structured and purpose driven personal development experience that supports career direction and the opportunity for adventure. The program is designed to support students to go through the key stages of vocation development while the coaching seeks to identify gap year experiences that would enhance this process.
