Leadership Incubator
The Elixir Incubator supports companies that are seeking to implement a fully integrated leadership or innovation program. The program is designed for executives, managers or middle managers who are critical facilitators in developing an effective and sustainable leadership culture. The Incubator systematically takes a group of leaders through the key stages of vocation development, such that they develop the key skills, systems and most importantly, the attitudes that will engage them in developing the organisation.
